By accessing or using the Nurture Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the LMS for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage the LMS or the general business of S2S Education.
All curriculum materials, designs, and content provided through Nurture are the property of S2S Education. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access materials for educational purposes only.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the LMS without notice for any breach of these Terms.
